I work for the sole purpose and interest of my clients (many agencies only allow their agents to be transaction agents which are a big difference in terms of the type of fiduciary duty and client representation involved). I am well known for being an astute and tough negotiator and my listings usually sell within 3-5% or less of the listing price.
  2. How I Market A Property- I have been successfully marketing single family real estate for over 25 years. I will help guide and advise sellers with home staging information and vital tips to help get your home positioned in the best manner possible for as little money as possible before it hits the market. I advertise in a variety of ways using both the older and newer advertising media and significant use of social media platforms. Stevie Watson listings will not be missed as a listed property if a Buyer is searching in a particular neighborhood and price range where I have a listing. I utilize the best and most recent technology and work very closely with expert advertising professionals to ensure that your home is fully exposed to qualified Buyers.
  3. Knowledge- I understand the multitude of factors involved in the selling process from contract to closing and everything in between. When I come over for a listing presentation, I will bring a very detailed market analysis that factors in only recent comparable sales, current market conditions and the actual condition and location of the house. I will take the time to sit down with you and explain the entire selling process and analysis of your home and the current market. I will handle and explain all contract paperwork for you as well as make you aware of the important contract contingency dates and clauses. As many people have experienced in the past, a lot can happen and change during a transaction. I can help resolve any potential problem or hurdle that may arise.
